Terms and Conditions

The Prize

1. Each successful applicant will be eligible for one software copy of Business Plan Pro Premier 11.0 Premier Edition.
2. The software will be available in a download only format and will be strictly non-transferable.
3. Entrants must be living in Ireland or Northern Ireland.
4. The software is intended for PC use only.
5. Applicants must accept the Terms of Use of Business Plan Pro as part of the offer.
6. No alternative cash prize will be given in lieu of the software
7. Successful applicants may be requested to take part in publicity events and broadcasts relating to the promotion.
8. Any breach of these rules by an entrant, including multiple entries, will void their entry.
9. Palo Alto Software reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the offer at our sole discretion.
10. Successful applicants will be notified by email.
11. Entry into the promotion implies acceptance of these rules.
12. Palo Alto Software hereby reserves the right to amend any of the terms, conditions or rules contained herein at any time without advance or other form of communication to the entrant.
13. The date for applications is July 15th 2009. Any applications received before or after that date will not be considered.
14. The information submitted by applicants will be used to process the software and will not be passed to third parties.
15. Priority will be given to those with an unemployment status.
16. Decisions regarding the award of the software will be solely at the discretion of Palo Alto Software, and the decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. Serial numbers will be valid for 48 hours after the close of the offer. All serial numbers issued will need to be activated and registered within this timeframe, after which they will be voided.
